ON DEMAND BUS SERVICE
Surrey Connect has recently introduced a digital on demand bus service that allows you to travel around your local area how and when it suits you. The shared bus service has been introduced to provide transport in areas of the county where there are fewer commercial services, to help make sustainable travel easier.
Free bus ticket vouchers for the service will be available for residents who are eligible - look out for details in your Travel Choices booklet which will be sent to households in January/February 2024.
Rather than being restricted by tradition bus timetables, the Surrey Connect buses are available where and when you need them.

Its super simple to book your journey, you just need to provide 4 pieces of information:
HOW TO BOOK?
You will then be given a list of different journey options that have been tailored to your needs:
- Choose your option and confirm the journey (you will receive an email notification immediately).
- Two text message reminders will be sent the day of your journey – one 30 minutes before your pick- up time and one 10 minutes before.
- You will be notified straight away if there are any delays (of more than 10 minutes) or interruptions affecting your journey.
Buses run Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm. Fares are charged based on distance travelled starting from £2 for adults.
